WinConnect Systems grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Tech Liren software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or make the Service available to any third party. You are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software. This license explicitly defines your user rights regarding our professional software.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account associated with the Service, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WinConnect Systems and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WinConnect Systems.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
